I need to uninstall Vista Beta 2 64bit, to be able to install the 32bit version in that partition. 64bit version has hardly any diver available?
HOW DO I UNINSTALL VISTA?
You cannot reformat the partition, nor delete the files (access denied) + bootloader can only swap the boot order of XP or Vista. How do I get rid of Vista for good?
Thanks, hoping to get an answer soon

how do I uninstall vista beta 2 64bit ?
The only way to uninstall is to format the partition outside of the OS. If you want to install the 32 bit version, just do it from within setup after booting from the DVD. Click on the Advanced button on the drive/partition selection screen, and there is an option for formating the selected partition. ---------- Mark Dietz PROnetworks <http://www.pro-networks.org>

I hope we helped you out a bit as it really is the only way of doing it, if it's on your system partition.

Thank you colddove and Herr Dietz. I installed Vista 32 bit on top of 64bit version and had to delete the system and personal files that Vista 32 renamed Windows.old, now it is working. Too bad there are so few 64bits drivers, I ran into the same drivers problem with Windows XP 64bit. Thank for your input

I had a similar problem, this is how I solved it: I had installed Vista64 onto a disk with 4 logical drives - C = XP Pro (Pri partition), D=(No OS, ext part), E=Vista64 ext part, and F=(No OS, ext part)
When I found out that XP would not re-format the vista drive E, I moved everything from F to another computer (over net), then I deleted the E and F logical drives, -- that procedure allowed XP Pro to reformat both E and F (back to normal).
You can use the XP Pro Install CD to 'repair the boot process' - if needed (I didn't yet).
Hope that Helps...
